1. Introduction

Welcome to Tab Organizer! These Terms of Service ("ToS") govern your use of the Tab Organizer Chrome extension ("Extension"). By using our Extension, you agree to be bound by these ToS. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Tab Organizer is a productivity tool designed to help users organize their Chrome tabs. It provides features such as grouping tabs by domain or subdomain, removing duplicate tabs, ungrouping all tab groups, collapsing and expanding tab groups, switching between dark and light themes, keyboard shortcuts, and sorting tabs by domain or title.

3. User Data

3.1 Data Collection

When you sign in with Google, we collect the following information:

• Name: Used to personalize your experience within our Extension.
• Email Address: Used for account identification, authentication, and communication purposes.
• Avatar URL: Used to display your profile picture within our Extension.

3.2 How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used in the following ways:

• To Authenticate Your Account: Your email address is used to verify your identity and provide secure access to your account.
• To Personalize Your Experience: Your name and avatar URL are used to personalize your profile and interactions within the Extension.
• To Communicate with You: Your email address may be used to send you important updates, notifications, and other information relevant to your use of the Extension.
• To Improve Our Services: We may use the information to understand how our users interact with the Extension and to improve the user experience.

3.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Extension, conducting our business, or servicing you, as long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

4. User Obligations

By using Tab Organizer, you agree to:

• Not misuse the Extension.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Extension.

5. Limitations of Liability

Tab Organizer is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific needs. You agree that your use of the Extension is at your sole risk.

In no event shall Tab Organizer, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Extension;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Extension by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Extension.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you fail to make payment for a paid plan in a timely manner, or otherwise breach these ToS.

7. Changes to the ToS

We may update our ToS from time to time. You are advised to review these ToS periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Extension after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These ToS shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
